This is the first "Festival Market Place" in Japan, where the
lively market and the festival are combined. This commercial facility
accommodates dozens of shops, restaurants, and food booths as well as entertainment
spaces.
Based on the theme "Sea and Port," Market Place serves as an
exchange spot of various cultures and new information.
Market Place is also known as a center for street performers. Visitors can enjoy a lot of performances
throughout the weekends. The World Performance Festival is held every summer and attracts thousands of people. |

This Ferris Wheel began its operation on July 12th in 1997. It is one of the largest Ferris wheels in the world with 100m in diameter and 112.5m in height.
On a sunny day, it offers you a wide panoramic view of Osaka Bay and surrounding areas, such as Ikoma Mountains to the east, Akashi Strait Pearl Bridge to the west, Kansai International Airport to the south, and Rokko Mountains to the north. It takes about 15 minutes to complete a ride.
Electric spectaculars on the Ferris wheel creates an image of fireworks, and features a weather forecast for the next day: the orange color indicates a sunny day, the green indicates a cloudy day, and the blue does a rainy day. |
| Sailing Ship "Santa Maria" for Sightseeing Cruises |

The Columbus' sailing ship, Santa Maria, has been reproduced twice as large as the original one. A day cruise (50 min.) or a night cruise (2 hours) offers you an excellent view of Osaka Bay area that has been quickly developed. Wedding parties can be held on that ship. The ship suspends its service during every December.

This museum is a multi-cultural facility accommodating IMAX Theater showing three-dimensional images on a wide screen (20 m x 28 m), a gallery exhibiting about 15,000 works of world-famous artists, such as Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec and Alfons Maria Mucha, a museum shop and a restaurant. Renowned Japanese architect Mr.Tadao Ando designed the museum building.

1) Admission fee of a preschooler to the Gallery is free, and to the IMAX Theater is \500 if he/she has his/her own seat.
2) Each senior citizen or student is required to show an identification or student card.
3) Any person with a disability certification and his/her companion will be taken 50% discount of the admission fees of the gallery and theater.
4) There are spaces for wheelchair, however its number is limited. Please let us know in advance if necessary.
5) There are parking spaces of vehicles for wheelchair on the first floor and the first floor of the basement in the parking lot of Suntory Museum. The number is limited. Please accept if they are occupied.
6) Group discount is available for a group of 10 or more persons. Please contact the Museum to make a group reservation.

The fee of a child who is less than age of 6 and accompanying an adult is free.
Group Discount: A Group of 15 persons or more receives 10% discount. (Prior reservation is required.)
