8/15臨時休館に伴う海遊館eチケットのキャンセル等の取り扱いについて
8月15日（火）ご入館分の海遊館eチケットをお買い求めのお客様
Customers who purchased Kaiyukan e-ticket for admission on August 15th
決済方法により、それぞれ以下の対応とさせていただきます。
①クレジット決済でご購入のお客様
Customers who purchased by credit card
ご利用日（15日）中までに、Webketにログインしていただき、マイページでキャンセル手続きしてください。
Please log in to Webket and cancel your ticket on My Page by the end of the day of use (15th).
②コンビニ決済でご購入のお客様
Customers who purchased by convenience store payment
キャンセルはできません。
有効期限を3ヵ月（2023年11月末まで）延長いたします。
ご来館時に8月15日入館分のチケットのご提示をお願いいたします。
Cancellation is not possible.
We will extend the expiration date by 3 months (until the end of November 2023) .
Please present your current ticket for admission on you visit.
